Greetings to my fellow Pinal County Chapter members,
As fall quickly approaches, we have a few chapter updates to share. Thank you to all the Brokers and REALTORS® who joined us on our most recent Pinal Broker Meeting, in which we talked about our local market updates and what our agents are experiencing regarding increased delays in the loan process, etc.
We will hold our Pinal Chapter Council elections in the upcoming weeks. You will soon receive an email from WeSERV with an application link. If you do not see the email, please let Ivette or me know that you are interested in running for a seat. We will make sure you get the application. We have four (4) council member seats open and one (1) affiliate opening. It is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in our community and have a voice in our Association.
Finally, a reminder that we have our annual REALTOR® Memorial 5k Run coming up. It is VIRTUAL this year in light of the pandemic, but that does not mean you can't get together with your family or a small group of friends and run or walk together! Registration will open October 19. After you register, you will get a shirt, medal, and bib. Please post your pictures on our Facebook page @WeSERVpinalcounty.
