On Saturday, April 24, 2021, golfers and sponsors arrived at the Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Club in Casa Grande, AZ. They enjoyed a day of fun, networking, and of course, golfing the sold-out 12th Annual WeSERV Pinal County Chapter Golf Tournament. Charitable activities and tournament net proceeds raised $7,000 to benefit CGHELPS of Casa Grande. Thank you to all of our golfers, sponsors, Golf Club staff, and the golf tournament workgroup for making this tournament a tremendous success.
With great honor, the 2021 WeSERV Pinal County Golf Tournament Workgroup presented a check to CGHELPS employees on June 22. In addition, Mary Lou Rosales of Community Action Human Resources Agency (CAHRA) met with the group and provided updates about the resource center.
CGHELPS Resource Center, supported by CAHRA, serves the homeless by providing housing, clothing, and in-kind services and materials. Also, the center can offer nursing examinations necessary for these displaced individuals. CAHRA will give a six-month report to the Pinal County Chapter of WeSERV to show where they distributed the money donated. learn about CG Helps | learn about CAHRA
