On March 29, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced extending its nationwide COVID-19 eviction moratorium through June 30, 2021. The CDC established a process for tenants to qualify for eviction protection under CDC rules. The moratorium doesn’t affect evictions due to nonpayment for other reasons or contract violations. New Global Research Released The Global Alliances International Residential Real Estate Business Survey released by NAR’s Research team the week of January 11, 2021.
