Awards Nominations and Applications Will Open in 2025!

WeSERV Young Professionals Network (YPN) is searching for successful WeSERV REALTORS® under 40 years of age who represent our industry in a positive light and who contribute to the community. You can apply or nominate an individual or a team. Recipients will be awarded at our YPN 40 Under 40 Awards event in 2025.

Do you know someone

Who is a young trailblazer in the community, making a name for themselves?
Devotes time and utilizes their talents in the community and industry?
Supports the advancement of the real estate profession by volunteering their time to serve on various committees or mentoring new real estate professionals?

The applicant must meet the age requirement: Born 1984 or later and be the age of 40 or under as of January 1, 2025.

Nominee Categories & Applications

The awards consist of 25 INDIVIDUAL awards and 15 TEAM awards. The individuals and teams who are nominated this year will have a chance to be award recipients during our annual Young Professionals Network (YPN) 40 Under 40 Awards Ceremony!

When you nominate a REALTOR® under the age of 40, we'll send them the information and application.
