REMOTE SRS - Seller Representative Specialist

About this Event

The 4-day SRS Designation course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

Students will learn to:

• Increase listings and grow their business
• Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients
• Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice
• Understand and comply with state licensing laws when representing sellers
• Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need

Cancellation: Tuition will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge, if written notification is received two weeks prior to class. After two weeks, no refunds will be given.

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.

Per ADRE guidelines, for CE credit, you cannot join the class more than 10 minutes late. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name for the duration of the course. We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
