Do you know your duties to your clients as a REALTOR®?

This course walks you step-by-step through the fundamentals of the Code of Ethics in your business practice. Learn your responsibilities as a REALTOR®, the concepts of ethics and how that applies to real estate in a meaningful way. We'll compare the obligations of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to the Commissioner’s Standards and Arizona Revised Statutes through the use of case studies. You'll get a brief overview of the Professional Standards Process, as well as procuring cause.

This class meets the NAR Code of Ethics Training requirement.

Cancellation: Tuition will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge, if written notification is received two weeks prior to class. After two weeks, no refunds will be given.

This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.

Per ADRE guidelines, for CE credit, you cannot join the class more than 10 minutes late. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name for the duration of the course. We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
