REALTOR® Membership
WeSERV is considered a local association under the state and national REALTOR® Associations. As a real estate professional, when you join WeSERV, you will also join Arizona REALTORS® (AAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).We encourage members to get engaged in the Association by volunteering for councils, committees, and workgroups, as well as charitable and community outreach events.
Annual membership dues are owed to each Association and are collected and distributed accordingly by WeSERV when you join and renew your membership. Membership dues are due again each January 1. At WeSERV, appraisers can join as affiliates at only the local level. We do not charge transfer or office fees.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliates to WeSERV are engaged in coordinating, hosting, and sponsoring networking and fundraising events, sponsoring classes, volunteering for council, committee, and workgroup efforts, and charitable and community outreach events. Their efforts impact the quality and value WeSERV provides to members.Affiliates represent businesses as diverse as mortgage companies, home inspectors, appraisers, newspapers, title companies, and pest control companies. Affiliate members are also afforded many of the same membership benefits that REALTORS® receive, and they too can reap a competitive advantage by belonging to WeSERV.
Appraisers and Affiliates join WeSERV at the local level. Membership is for the individual, not the company. Membership dues are due again each January 1.
