What You Need to Know as You Apply for Membership

Welcome to our online application page! When you join WeSERV, you join a group of dedicated real estate professionals who go above and beyond to deliver the best service in the industry.

WeSERV is your local REALTOR® Association, and we strive to provide services to help you succeed in your business. When you join a local REALTOR® association, you also join the state association (Arizona REALTORS®) and the national association (National Association of REALTORS®).

Before you apply:

  • Make sure your license is active with ADRE
  • Have your ADRE license number available
  • Have your office information available

After you apply online:

We can get you signed up for MLS. Check out the ARMLS® Subscriber terms at armls.com/billing-pay-fees. You'll pay your annual dues to Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services (ARMLS®) online at ARMLS.com/payfees.

Once you've joined WeSERV and ARMLS®, we can setup your lockbox and key at any of our locations. Learn more about the lockbox key and associated fees. If you're joining us in Douglas, AZ, you can get your lockbox key at our office in Sierra Vista.

Your name must match the name on your ADRE real estate license. If you go by something different (ex. Steve or Tom instead of Thomas) and it doesn't match the name on your license, you may put that name in the nickname field of the application.

During the week, a member of the WeSERV service team will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your application. Remember to come in and meet with membership services to learn about the many opportunities we have to offer and register you for your first Code of Ethics class.

Please note that WeSERV is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and closed on federal holidays. You can walk-in or set up an appointment.
Please allow time to complete the application, for our team to setup your membership record, and answer your questions. If you plan to get a lockbox key, allow for an additional 15-20 minutes.

To determine if you are eligible to apply online, please answer the following questions:

  1. Is your Arizona real estate license currently active and hung with a broker? If you are unsure of your license’s status, you can check it here. ADRE online services
  2. Are you a brand new agent, joining an association for the first time? Meaning that you have never been a member of any REALTOR® association anywhere and don't have a NRDS ID or M1 number.
If you answered yes to both of the above questions, you are eligible to apply online. For those who answered no to question one, your license must be hung with a broker before you can join an association.


FAQs

Dues:

When you pay dues you are paying local dues, state dues, and national dues.

Dues are due every January 1 for every member. We do not mail paper invoices. We begin sending email reminders in the beginning of December. In order to insure that you receive these reminders, please make sure your email with us is current and that we are on your safe senders list.

Dues can be paid online, by mail, or in person at any of our locations.

ARMLS®:

Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services is a separate company from WeSERV. They run the MLS.

When you join for the first time, WeSERV will set up your ARMLS® account and give you your initial ARMLS® login information. You can choose MLS options and pay dues annually online at armls.com/billing-pay-fees. Please contact ARMLS® directly for questions regarding MLS fees. They can be reached at 480-921-7777.

ARMLS® is also your lockbox and key provider. Once you've joined WeSERV and ARMLS®, you can visit the ARMLS® Support Center next door to our offices in the Southeast or West Valley locations to get your lockbox key. You can also get your lockbox key in our Casa Grande office. If you're joining us in Douglas, AZ, you can get your lockbox key at the Southeast Arizona Association of REALTORS® in Sierra Vista. Changes:

Whenever your personal information changes, please make sure that you update it with us.


Whenever you change offices or companies, please fill out a member information change form. This will help insure that you have uninterrupted membership services. ADRE does not notify us when someone changes companies, and if we receive a severance form from your old brokerage without receiving your new office information from you, your membership and MLS access will be inactivated until we have that information.


If you change companies and have listings that you would like moved with you, please submit a listing transfer authorization for each listing with your office transfer. It must be signed by you, your old broker, your new broker, and the sellers. We cannot transfer listings without written permission from these related parties.

Code of Ethics:

Part of being a REALTOR®, rather than simply a real estate licensee, is agreeing to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. In fact, you are not technically a REALTOR® until you have taken the Code of Ethics class. You have 90 days from the time you join WeSERV to take the class. WSERV offers a complimentary class for members once a month that fulfills this requirement.

Transaction Forms:

All of your documents are on TransactionDesk®, a service provided by AAR. Your TransactionDesk® account will be accessible 24-48 hours after joining WeSERV. You can access TransactionDesk® online. You'll find an FAQ, webinars, training information, and TransactionDesk® support contact information on this page. Call 800-668-8768 or email TDSupport@lwolf.com any time to get help with any problems you’re experiencing with TransactionDesk®.

Lockbox Key:

After you join WeSERV and ARMLS®, you can go to any ARMLS® Support Center to get your key. What is the Best Way to get a Lockbox Key?

Logging into the MLS:

Go to armls.flexmls.com. Use the username and password provided by WeSERV to login for the first time. You'll get a prompt to change your password.
