Join us for the 14th Annual Pinal County Chapter Charity Golf Tournament. Enjoy a day on the green and support The Opportunity Tree, an organization that provides services for adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Invite your friends who love to golf - they don't have to be WeSERV members.
This tournament is a scramble. Individual golfers to foursomes welcome. The course pro will place teams on the course according to your handicap. Sign up today!

Individual - $120
Foursome - $400
*all golf includes green fees, cart, range balls, and lunch
Golfer registration opens at 7:00 AM. Golfers should be checked in by 7:30 AM and ready for the call to carts at 7:40 AM. Shotgun start at 8:00 AM. Sponsor check-in is at 6:30 AM. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Fundraising Activities
Play on-course games, use mulligans and enter to win raffle prizes. Increase your fun and raise funds for charity – you can choose the Golden Tee Package or pick and choose your activities. Remember to bring cash or checks for fundraising activities and raffle tickets.Golden Tee Package, $35 ($45 value) (cash please)

The Opportunity Tree is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides services for adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It has four centers that offer daytime programs in Phoenix, Casa Grande, Avondale, and Maricopa, Arizona. The organization also has group homes and individually designed living arrangements in Maricopa and Pinal Counties that provide full-time living assistance for individuals. The Real Wishes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) managed by West & SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley, Inc., will process contributions from the golf tournament and donate the proceeds to The Opportunity Tree.

WeSERV Brokers and Affiliates, if you're interested in sponsoring the golf tournament, please complete the sponsorship agreement by Friday, February 10. Our sponsorships range from $100-$900. You may also golf and sponsor players. print sponsorship agreement
Hole sponsors may choose to donate a door prize to the raffle drawings OR give their door prize away at their hole. Sponsors may provide bite-sized snacks and give to golfers at their sponsored holes. No outside alcohol permitted.
